Working with AMI
- I am a hands-on researcher. I value digging in and performing the work. I have moderated hundreds and hundreds of focus groups, conducted thousands of in-depth interviews, and managed hundreds of quantitative projects.
- Through this depth of experience, I have developed strong listening and interpretive skills, as well as the ability to find and mine valuable knowledge from diverse range of audiences and types of information.
- I am very collaborative. I believe in working alongside my clients, involving them in the process, in my thinking and in the development of recommendations that fit the organization. In my role as an advocate for the customer, I always make recommendations regarding the results of my research.
- I work hard to understand the background of your situation, and what decisions are going to be made based on the results of the proposed marketing research. I use that information to develop a focused research proposal that outlines the research purpose, objectives, methodology, timing and budget.
- I have no pre-set or “off the shelf” products; I develop unique research plans for each project and situation.
- I am very eager to get involved in the implementation of the research results and recommendations I make. I believe researchers add value to marketing and communications staff as they work through their plans following research projects. I believe our combined experiences, and the customer perspective gained in the research, make our combined thinking result in superior results.
